2021 Bold Predictions For The Housing Market – Interest Rates

Stay Tuned! This is the first of a 3 part series laying out expectations for 2021. 


How low can interest rates go? Experts forecast rates will likely bottom out in the current quarter, but that said, they don’t anticipate them rising much as we move through 2021


The bottom line is all the experts are confident rates will start to rise, the increase will be modest, and they don’t see it impacting housing demand at ALL
